The following pages have been created by the members of The ACS Cobham International School 10th-12th grade Global Studies class. These pages not only demonstrate the students interest in these pressing global issues and challenges, but also their desire to be part of the solution to the challenges of today. The students used the book High Noon by J F Rischard as a starting point for their investigations but were then encouraged to use a wide range of sources and information, which they have listed on their various pages. Their aim is to provide information, understanding and possible solutions to the global issue in question. They have also suggested possible methods of activism you may wish to follow if motivated by the information presented.In addition they have either set up links to, or created a series of activities you may wish to use and explore with your class giving age appropriate guidance if possible.
